Freedz, our collaborative platform, is connected to Aareon's Supplier Place and offers a complete solution for :
- Issuing customer invoices
- Receiving supplier invoices
- Automatic processing of 100% electronic invoices.
What is the aim of this partnership?
The aim of this partnership is to:
- Easily interface Aareon software packages with Freedz
- Avoid time-consuming manual entry of invoices or checking of video coding
- Improve the productivity of accounts payable staff
Freedz also integrates business modules such as dematerialization of work progress, processing of invoices with allocation of charges, and management of calls for funds.
At the end of 2023, Freedz submitted its application to be registered by the French government as a future Partner Dematerialization Platform in 2024.
To date, social landlords such as Habitat Perpignan Méditerranée and La Cité Jardins use the Freedz platform connected to the Place Des Fournisseurs.
