Neovacom officially registered as a partner dematerialization platform (PDP)

Announced as one of our major objectives for 2024, the registration of Neovacom and our Freedz platform as a partner dematerialization platform was officially announced by the General Directorate of Public Finances on August 27, 2024.

Electronic invoicing reform: towards a secure modernization of financial transactions

The reform of electronic invoicing in France aims to modernize and secure invoicing processes for all companies subject to VAT. Phasing in on September 1, 2026 for large companies and ETIs, and from September 1, 2027 for SMEs and micro-businesses, this reform will bring significant benefits:

  • Greater transparency and security: by dematerializing their invoices with our Freedz PDP, our customers benefit from greater transparency and improved transaction security. The risk of fraud will be considerably reduced thanks to the authentication of invoice senders and receivers.
  • Greater efficiency and lower costs: with an estimated annual saving of 4.5 billion euros for VSEs/SMEs, dematerialization aims to reduce the costs associated with printing, sending and archiving paper invoices. It is estimated that invoice management costs will be divided by 3!
  • More compliant, simpler VAT returns: electronic invoice transmission will make it easier for companies to file their VAT returns, thanks to automated pre-filling.
  • Greater satisfaction in customer-supplier relations: electronic invoicing will reduce the time it takes to send invoices, speed up inter-departmental circulation and enhance invoice traceability. With optimized payment times and minimized disputes, both customers and suppliers will be satisfied!

PDP Freedz: THE trusted third party for the real estate and construction sectors

With its registration as a PDP, Neovacom, publisher of the Freedz platform, confirms its ability to play a key role in the digital transformation of invoicing processes for its customers in the real estate and construction sectors.

The start of a new era for electronic invoicing

For Neovacom, this first step is the culmination of a long process that began two years ago, and confirms our commitment to supporting our customers in this major transformation, by offering innovative and secure solutions.

That's why we've already invested in the post-registration phase, and are already working on the management of "non-regulated" flows, in order to offer a PDP 2.0 service that goes beyond the requirements of the reform.

Together with our customers and partners, we aim to build a more efficient, secure and transparent digital future.
